The App is operated, developed and maintained solely by the Developer, Fujin Xie.

In one sentence: AACode is a local-first AI coding assistant. Your code, tasks and settings stay on your device; the developer operates no servers that collect user data and integrates no analytics, advertising or profiling SDKs. Data is sent only to the third-party model providers you configure yourself, and only when you actively use those features.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the AACode Android application ("the App"), which is operated and developed by the individual developer Fujin Xie (email: 490021684@qq.com). Please read it carefully before use. By tapping "Agree and Continue" you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.

2. How data flows

The App has no developer-operated backend. None of your data is ever uploaded to the developer.
AI requests (task text, relevant code snippets, attachments) are sent directly from your device to the model provider API you configure in Settings (e.g. DeepSeek, Moonshot, or any custom endpoint).
Git operations connect directly to the code hosting platform you configure (GitHub / GitLab / Gitee).

3. Information you provide

4. Device permissions

All permissions below are requested on demand: the system prompt appears only when your task asks the agent to use the corresponding capability. You may deny any of them; denial only disables that capability.

5. Third-party services

Model / search providers you configure: task content is sent to them for inference and is governed by their own privacy policies — please review them before configuring.
GitHub / GitLab / Gitee: contacted only when you link an account or sync code.
The App contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs.

6. Storage and deletion

All data lives in the App's private storage, unreadable by other apps.
Deleting a project removes all of its code, sessions and attachments; API keys and Git tokens can be changed or cleared in Settings at any time.
Uninstalling the App deletes all related data on the device. Nothing is retained on the developer side — there are no servers.

7. Sharing and disclosure

Apart from sending requests to the providers you configure, the Developer (Fujin Xie) does not share your personal information with anyone, does not sell any data, and performs no profiling or targeted advertising.

8. Children

The App targets developers and is not directed at children under 14 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you are a guardian and believe a child has used the App without consent, please contact us.

9. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be announced prominently in the App (e.g. a dialog) by the Developer (Fujin Xie), and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
